Dr. Anna Consla, Psychologist

Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium

I work with adults of all genders, including women, men, trans, nonbinary, and plural individuals. Life can be complicated, painful, and confusing at times, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they can speak openly and be met with kindness, curiosity, and respect.

At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship matters deeply. When you feel safe, understood, and not judged, it becomes much easier to explore the parts of your life that feel stuck, overwhelming, or painful. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly seen and believed.

Together, we can explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and support the changes you want to see in your relationship with yourself, others, and the world. It’s important that you find the right therapist for you, so my wish is that you feel empowered to look for a therapist with whom you feel truly comfortable.
