Dr. Anna Consla, Psychologist
Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium
I work with women, men, plural, trans and nonbinary individuals. With all of the challenges we face in life, it’s essential that the relationships we find the courage to build are caring, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Within therapy, I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to nurturing the changes you wish to see in your relationships with yourself, others, and the world. My approach is gentle and compassionate, and I want you to feel seen, understood, and believed. It’s important that you find the right therapist for you, so my wish is that you feel empowered to look for a therapist with whom you feel truly comfortable.

Sliding Scale: I believe therapy should be both meaningful and accessible. As part of my commitment to equity and inclusion, I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for clients whose financial circumstances might otherwise prevent them from receiving care. These rates are determined collaboratively and are based on availability. If cost feels like a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out to inquire about current openings.
