Dr. Anna Consla, Psychologist

Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium

I provide telehealth therapy for adults across the gender spectrum. Life can be complicated, painful, and confusing at times, and everyone deserves a space to speak openly and be met with kindness, curiosity, and respect.

At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship matters deeply. When you feel safe, understood, and not judged, it becomes easier to explore the parts of your life and yourself that feel stuck, overwhelming, or painful. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and collaborative, while also grounded in depth-oriented work that helps you understand the patterns, emotions, and inner experiences shaping your life.

Together, we can explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and support meaningful changes in your relationship with yourself, others, and the world, whether you’re navigating longstanding wounds or more present-day challenges. It’s important that you find the right therapist for you, so my wish is that you feel empowered to look for a therapist with whom you feel truly comfortable.
