When life looks fine from the outside but something inside doesn’t feel right, it can be hard to know where to turn. You might feel stressed, unfulfilled, lonely, or unsure why you can’t quite create the life you hoped for. You may sense that something is holding you back, but you’re not sure what. Individual therapy offers a compassionate and grounded space to explore what’s beneath the surface and begin finding your way forward.

Therapy offers a place to look within and awaken to new possibilities. Together, we’ll look gently and curiously at the places where you feel stuck, such as old patterns, self-critical voices, or unresolved experiences that still shape your daily life. Through this process of discovery and integration, you can begin to feel more centered, more present, and more aligned with who you truly are.

An approach that honors the whole person
My work is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. These approaches offer a foundation of structure and evidence-based tools while leaving space for intuitive insight, curiosity, and self-compassion. For those who wish, our work can also include exploration of spirituality and mind-body awareness, honoring the many ways healing can unfold.
